You can send your unwanted items free by pre-paid guaranteed special delivery via your local post office. This is an insured registered post for up to £1,000 (insurance is included in our offer). Items are then appraised and electronically weighed with Class 2 EU Trading Standards approved precision scales. We will then contact you with our offer.
Our customers can rely on a quick and personal service. Normally payment by return in 24 hours if posted on a MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for payment for Thursday, Friday and Saturday postings. In the unlikely event that you do not agree with our offer we will send back the items free of charge. We are always pleased to help and advise.

1. Request a Pavilion PM PostSafe envelope by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org (a customer return form and secure pack are provided within our envelope).
2. When you have received your PostSafe envelope add your name, address and postcode on the outside of the bag.
3. Take your pre-paid special delivery envelope to the Post Office and tick the appropriate value box (up to a maximum of £ 2,500).
4. Receive your Post Office receipt and they will guarantee next day delivery to us by 1pm under the special delivery service. It is that simple!

We can pay cash directly into your high street bank account on day of receipt.
Cheque payment with receipt sent 1st Class.
Cash sent special delivery with receipt.
